A life coach assists clients in achieving their goals by gaining greater clarity of any obstacles or challenges holding them back and then constructing a collaborative plan to tackle those. This may happen in several ways depending on the coach's skill set, training and experience and whether this is implemented in an individual or organisational context. Coaching can support individuals in their work, life, health, relationships and personal development. It can also support teams with goals, performance optimisation, managing stress and burnout, and team cohesion..

ABOUT ME

My interest in helping others began in 2008 after my mother was diagnosed with a long-term mental health condition. I wanted to understand what was affecting her and how I could better support her and the rest of the family. My career as a Coach and Trainer began initially as an MHFA England Instructor and later progressed into High-Performance and Executive Coaching within teams.

During the past five years, I have helped over 1500 clients within 45 organisations achieve their career, relationship, well-being and performance-related goals. I am deeply passionate about mental health and enjoy seeing clients flourish in every aspect of their lives.

My approach to coaching and training is multidisciplinary, with my predominant area of expertise in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology (MSc). The emphasis here is for us to build on what is strong rather than a perpetual focus on what is wrong - moving individuals and organisations from a position of 'surviving to thriving' whilst developing a greater sense of agency and autonomy.
