Where do you want to be?

A life coach assists clients in achieving their goals by gaining greater clarity of any obstacles or challenges holding them back and then constructing a collaborative plan to tackle those. This may happen in several ways depending on the coach's skill set, training and experience and whether this is implemented in an individual or organisational context. Coaching can support individuals in their work, life, health, relationships and personal development. It can also support teams with goals, performance optimisation, managing stress and burnout, and team cohesion..

There are many fantastic life coaches out there, many of whom will have different ways of working to achieve different outcomes.
Choosing which life coach to work with is an important decision, so take your time, do your research and see who you really connect with.

My interest in helping others began in 2008 after my mother was diagnosed with a long-term mental health condition. I wanted to understand what was affecting her and how I could better support her and the rest of the family. My career as a Coach and Trainer began initially as an MHFA England Instructor and later progressed into High-Performance and Executive Coaching within teams.

During the past five years, I have helped over 150 clients within 45 organisations achieve their career, relationship, well-being and performance-related goals. I am deeply passionate about mental health and enjoy seeing clients flourish in every aspect of their lives.

My approach to coaching and training is multidisciplinary, with my predominant area of expertise in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology (MSc). The emphasis here is for us to build on what is strong rather than a perpetual focus on what is wrong - moving individuals and organisations from a position of 'surviving to thriving' whilst developing a greater sense of agency and autonomy.

I hope the above gives a simple overview of who I am and how I like to work with my clients. Should you have further questions, I invite you to book a free 30-minute discovery call, which is a fantastic way to get to know your prospective coach.

Finally and most importantly, there is no such thing as 'The Best Life Coach in London'... there is simply the best life coach for YOU.

What is it that is blocking you from achieving your full potential?

Have you completed everything you thought would make you happy in life but still feel unsatisfied/unfulfilled in some way?

Or has life dealt you a lousy hand and you want to find a way to refocus and get back on track...?

Life is too short to be unhappy, unsure, or unfulfilled. I can support you in finding that clarity and working towards achieving those goals.

How can working with a Coach help me?

Each individual and team arrive to me with a unique set of requirements, whether it's stress and burnout, performance-related issues, basic team cohesion or a general lack of focus and direction - my expertise allows me to help individuals and organisations optimise performance without compromising well-being. I will help you achieve a more positive position in your life or organisation by providing the tools you need to understand yourself better. We will identify negative thoughts or behavioural patterns, challenge limiting beliefs, and create a sustainable infrastructure for you to flourish beyond our work together.

What are the qualities you have as a life coach?

My work with you comes from a place of openness, honesty, trust and respect. With these fundamental principles in place, I believe all individuals have the space and opportunity to grow and develop regardless of circumstances. The methods and techniques I implement as a Coach are evidence-based, rigorously tested and more often than not once I have applied or experienced myself.

And what do I ask of you?

Simple. You arrive ready, open and willing to embark on this journey together. If you are unsure about something, ask. This is a collaborative process where we work together, over time, to get you to where you want to be.

I invite you to book a free 30-minute discovery call to see how I can help you.
