Hi, I’m Danny, an award-winning Mental Health and Performance Coach with over 10 years' experience supporting individuals and organisations to think, feel and perform at their best.
My interest in this work was initially shaped by lived experience. In my early twenties, mental illness became very real in my family, and not long after, in my own life. That period pushed me to understand what actually helps people regain clarity, agency and momentum when things feel overwhelming and informs how I coach today.
Professionally, I began as a Mental Health First Aid Instructor and gradually moved into coaching individuals and teams under sustained pressure. Over the past decade, I’ve coached more than 2,500 clients across 50+ organisations, supporting change across wellbeing, confidence, leadership, relationships and performance.
MY COACHING APPROACH
I work at the intersection of science, strategy and lived experience. My background is in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology (MSc), but the work itself is practical and grounded. We focus on what’s driving the pattern, remove what’s getting in the way and build structures that support clearer thinking and better decisions. The aim isn’t endless insight. It’s about progress you can sustain.
I work collaboratively and directly, bringing honesty, clarity and challenge where required.
