This programme is designed for high achievers who feel like they’re running on empty. Burnout isn’t just about being tired - it’s about losing your edge, your joy, and your clarity. The Beating Burnout Method™ is built to help you reclaim all three.

Over 12–14 weeks, we’ll work together to:

  • Understand your burnout profile using evidence-based assessments, so you can pinpoint the habits, mindsets and environments that drain you.

  • Rebuild your energy, focus, and emotional balance through practical tools rooted in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology.

  • Reconnect with your purpose and values, so you don’t just recover but create a new, more sustainable way of working and living.

The result? You’ll move from surviving each day to thriving with renewed clarity, confidence and direction. This programme isn’t about “managing stress”, it’s about creating lasting resilience and a new definition of success.

We offer evidence-based, solution-focused coaching programmes for individuals who are ready to create lasting change. These programmes aren’t quick fixes. Over 12–14 weeks, we’ll focus on:

  • Building unshakable confidence, so you can back yourself fully in high-pressure environments.

  • Developing performance routines and structures that are sustainable, so your success doesn’t come at the cost of your wellbeing.

  • Identifying and removing hidden blockers that limit your growth, whether that’s self-criticism, overthinking, or unhelpful habits.

  • Amplifying strengths so you don’t just feel more confident but also more impactful in your work and life.

By the end of this programme, you’ll not only have a stronger mindset but a practical system that ensures you continue performing at your best long after our sessions finish. This is where self-belief and high performance finally align.

The Psychology of Success™

High-level performance requires more than skills; it demands a mindset that can navigate complexity, pressure and change. The Psychology of Success™ is built for ambitious leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals who want to unlock their next level.

Across 12–14 weeks, we’ll explore:

  • Defining your long-term vision and strategy for both life and career, and aligning them with your values so your drive feels purposeful.

  • Mastering emotional and social intelligence - from conflict resolution and communication to influence and leadership presence.

  • Handling pressure with clarity, whether that’s stress management, decision-making under pressure, or leading others through uncertainty.

  • Creating sustainable high performance, so the success you build doesn’t collapse under burnout or imbalance.

This programme goes beyond goal-setting. It’s about equipping you with the mindset and psychological tools to consistently perform at your highest level while feeling connected, confident and in control.

Group and Organisational Wellbeing

PERMA+, Postive Leadership, The Psychology of Success and Improving Mental Fitness®

Course duration and number of participants will vary depending on the type of training, audience, location etc.

MHFA Adult  - 2 Day | £325pp

This two day course trains you as a Mental Health First Aider, giving you:

  • An in-depth understanding of mental health and the factors that can affect wellbeing

  • Practical skills to spot the triggers and signs of mental health issues

  • Confidence to step in, reassure and support a person in distress

  • Enhanced interpersonal skills such as non-judgemental listening

  • Knowledge to help someone recover their health by guiding them to further support - whether that’s self-help resources, through their employer, the NHS, or a mix

This course is delivered over two days and can be delivered online or in person. 

Minimum group size 8 - maximum group size 16.

MHFA Adult  - Half Day | £125pp

Our half day course is an introductory four hour session to raise awareness of mental health. It is designed to give you:

  • An understanding of what mental health is and how to challenge stigma

  • A basic knowledge of some common mental health issues

  • An introduction to looking after your own mental health and maintaining wellbeing

  • Confidence to support someone in distress or who may be experiencing a mental health issue​

This course lasts 4 hours and can be delivered online or in person.

Minimum group size 6 - maximum group size 25.
