Life Coaching | Individual
In this programme we collaborate over 12 sessions. Here I provide the tools, science, method and theory to support you in achieving your personal goals. Our session will drill down on any limiting beliefs/blocks, discover what truly makes you happy and then we will work together to get you to where you want to be. This is an excellent introduction to coaching for those new to the experience.
Each programme begins with a free, no-obligation discovery call. Here we aim to understand your current situation and answer any questions about coaching, methods and programmes. Providing we are both happy to continue, we will then progress into a one-and-a-half-hour deep dive where we explore your current situation, your desired outcomes and our proposed action plan. The cost of this session is £250.

Mental Health & Performance Coaching | Individual
Society has becoming increasingly aware of the correlation between optimal mental wellbeing and performance. Here we get a better understanding of the factors which are helping and hindering your personal growth and create an action plan to enhance your performance. My aim here is to create an infrastructures and routine with my clients which is applicable and sustainable well beyond our work together.

Professional Goal Setting | Individual
This package focuses on high-level business and performance goals including; conflict resolution, career development, stress management, health coaching, speech coaching, employee engagement and people management skills. £1200 | 6-8 week programme
Coaching Intensive | Individual
An intensive programme where we meet weekly to progress coaching objectives. This programme works well for those that need to make adjustments quickly and includes a mix of coaching calls, in-person coaching sessions and activities to complete between sessions. Clients use this when they need to make a big decision in a short time and may include elements of various coaching modalities to achieve goals.

Effective Communication Coaching | Dual & Group
Relationship coaching has been a popular package amongst clients and is based on the knowledge, experience and strategies I have developed over many years as a coach. Effective communication, alignment, mutual respect and empathy are key components which we work on in our sessions. This allows all parties to feel heard, respected and valued. This creates an optimal foundation for positive change to occur.
Individual or 'one-off' sessions are charged at £250 and last 90 minutes.
Group coaching and Training

MHFA Adult - 2 Day | £325pp
This two day course trains you as a Mental Health First Aider, giving you:
An in-depth understanding of mental health and the factors that can affect wellbeing
Practical skills to spot the triggers and signs of mental health issues
Confidence to step in, reassure and support a person in distress
Enhanced interpersonal skills such as non-judgemental listening
Knowledge to help someone recover their health by guiding them to further support - whether that’s self-help resources, through their employer, the NHS, or a mix
This course is delivered over two days and can be delivered online or in person.
Minimum group size 8 - maximum group size 16.
MHFA Adult - Half Day | £125pp
Our half day course is an introductory four hour session to raise awareness of mental health. It is designed to give you:
An understanding of what mental health is and how to challenge stigma
A basic knowledge of some common mental health issues
An introduction to looking after your own mental health and maintaining wellbeing
Confidence to support someone in distress or who may be experiencing a mental health issue
This course lasts 4 hours and can be delivered online or in person.
Minimum group size 6 - maximum group size 25.
