FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Can I book a free discovery call?

Yes. I offer a no-obligation 30-minute discovery call to understand your goals, challenges, and whether we’re a good fit to work together. It’s a relaxed conversation, not a sales call, and helps you decide your next step with clarity.

Who do you typically work with?

I work with high-performing individuals, leaders, creatives, and professionals who want to think clearly, feel connected, and perform at their best without burning out.

This includes:

  • founders and managers

  • actors and creatives

  • neurodivergent professionals (ADHD, dyslexia)

  • people navigating stress, burnout, or life transitions

  • individuals wanting to reset habits or reduce alcohol through Sober 365™

How does coaching with you actually work?

Every programme begins with evidence-based assessments to understand your starting point.

From there, you receive:

  • structured weekly or bi-weekly coaching sessions

  • practical tools and behavioural strategies

  • access to the Elev8 coaching app

  • ongoing support between sessions

The focus is always practical, science-based, and sustainable. This isn’t talk therapy or quick fixes; it’s measurable progress.

What programmes do you offer?

There are three core pathways:

  • The Beating Burnout Method™ – recover energy, clarity, and resilience

  • Sober 365™ – reset alcohol and habits, build control and confidence

  • The Psychology of Success™ – strengthen mindset, leadership, and high performance

Each programme runs approximately 12–14 weeks and is tailored to your goals.

Do you support alcohol reduction or behaviour change?

Yes. Through Sober 365™, I support individuals who want to reduce or remove alcohol, break unhelpful habits, and build a clearer, more energised lifestyle.

This programme blends behaviour change science, coaching, and accountability to help you create lasting change. It’s about freedom and performance, not restriction.

What qualifications and experience do you have?

I hold an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology and am an EMCC Senior Practitioner.

I’m also a Mental Health First Aid England instructor and suicide prevention trainer, and have supported over 2,000 individuals across 50+ organisations, including NHS teams, schools, police, and corporate leaders.

My work is grounded in evidence, not trends.

Is Positive Psychology Coaching different from regular coaching?

Yes. Positive Psychology Coaching focuses on strengths, resilience, and sustainable performance rather than just fixing problems. It blends behavioural science with practical coaching tools so you build skills that last long after our work together. It’s proactive and preventative, not reactive.

Do you offer concessions or support for those on a low income?

Yes. A portion of my work is dedicated to accessible support for those with limited resources, including public sector staff, charities, and individuals who may not otherwise have access to coaching.

The Elev8 app also provides free wellbeing tools and assessments so support isn’t limited by finances.

If cost is a barrier, please reach out.

What are your fees?

Investment varies depending on the level of support and whether you’re working 1:1 or through a structured programme. The best way to explore options is during your free discovery call, where we can recommend the right path for you.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Please provide 48 hours’ notice where possible. This allows the space to be offered to someone else. Sessions cancelled within this window may incur a fee, though flexibility is always applied for genuine circumstances.

Is there anything I need to prepare before sessions?

Nothing complicated. Simply arrive open, honest, and ready to engage. Occasionally, I may suggest small reflective exercises between sessions to help maintain momentum; these will be discussed in session.
