“I help high-functioning individuals regain clarity, confidence, and control under pressure.”
Men’s Health – 2024

Think. Feel. Perform Better.

Life can look fine on the surface and still feel off underneath. Pressure, alcohol, overwork, or constant mental noise can quietly erode clarity and confidence over time.

My role as a coach is to help you slow the noise, remove what’s getting in the way, and rebuild momentum in a way that holds. This isn’t about quick fixes or surface-level advice. It’s structured, psychologically informed work that supports real change, personally and professionally.

Together, we focus on clarity first, then build the habits, decisions, and systems that allow you to perform well without burning out or losing yourself in the process.

Why my approach works

I bring a combination that’s still relatively rare in this space: lived experience alongside formal training in psychology and coaching.

I’ve experienced mental health challenges personally and supported loved ones through them. That gives me depth, perspective, and a grounded understanding of how change actually happens when things feel heavy or stuck.

Alongside this, I’m a Mental Health First Aid Instructor and hold a Master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology. The work is informed by science, but always applied practically. We focus on what actually changes behaviour, not just how things sound in theory.

The result is work that’s direct, supportive, and lasts.

How I work

I work privately with a small number of individuals who want focused, 1:1 support, as well as with organisations looking to strengthen performance and wellbeing at a cultural level.

Common areas of development expanded

How the work typically unfolds over time

Burnout recovery and nervous system regulation

This work supports high-functioning individuals who have pushed hard for a long time and are beginning to feel the cost. Chronic stress, over-responsibility, and constant output can leave the nervous system stuck in survival mode, making rest ineffective and clarity harder to access.

We focus on stabilising energy, restoring recovery, and rebuilding a sustainable rhythm that supports performance without depletion. The aim is not to slow you down, but to help you operate from a steadier, more regulated baseline so progress becomes sustainable rather than exhausting.

2

Focus, overwhelm, and ADHD-related patterns

When pressure increases, focus often fragments. Mental noise, distraction, and difficulty following through can make even capable people feel behind or ineffective. This work looks at how attention, structure, and decision-making are being disrupted under load.

Together we create practical systems that reduce overwhelm, support consistency, and improve follow-through. The goal is clearer thinking, better prioritisation, and a way of working that fits how your mind actually operates, rather than forcing productivity through effort alone.

3

Confidence, presence, and communication under pressure

Confidence often erodes quietly under pressure. Self-doubt, people-pleasing, or overthinking can interfere with how you show up, particularly in high-stakes conversations or visible roles.

This work focuses on rebuilding self-trust and presence so communication feels grounded rather than performative. Whether it’s speaking up, leading conversations, or presenting under scrutiny, the aim is to help you express yourself clearly and calmly, even when the stakes are high.

4

Leadership, direction, and decision-making

As clarity returns, many clients begin to question direction, priorities, and the way they lead or take responsibility. This work creates space to step back, reassess what matters, and make decisions from intention rather than reaction. We focus on boundaries, values-led leadership, and decision-making that aligns with both performance and well-being. The outcome is greater confidence in the choices you make and a clearer sense of direction moving forward.

5

Strengths-based leadership rooted in values and purpose

Rather than fixing perceived weaknesses, this work builds from what already works. By identifying strengths, values, and sources of motivation, we create a foundation for leadership and performance that feels authentic and sustainable.

The focus is on aligning how you work with what matters to you, so effort translates into meaningful progress. When strengths and values are clear, performance becomes less forced and more consistent over time.
